The Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”) requires data
controllers and data processors to designate a data protection officer (“DPO”) in certain circumstances. The Personal Data Protection Committee (“PDPC”) has now issued 2 sub-regulations and one draft relating to DPO.
