Bangkok Employment Group held a lunch briefing on Important Trends that Employers Need to Know on 11 October 2018 at Bangkok office. Speakers were Suriyong Tungsuwan, Nam-Ake Lekfuangfu, Theeranit Pongpanarat, and Kritiyanee Buranatrevedhya. The seminar charted an overview of key trends and issues in four areas, namely the EU’s GDPR and data protection changes and impact on HR; the modern workforce highlighting new staffing models and Thai legal framework; mobility and key considerations; and gender pay gap.
