The Parliament has now approved the amendment to the Civil and Commercial Code to introduce a “merger” (Company A + Company B = Company A or Company B) as another method of business integration. With the amendment to be effective after the lapse of 90 days from the publication date in the Government Gazette, we expect the new merger regime to be available at the beginning of 2023. Read more…
