15 January 2020 – Our Bangkok office held a client seminar “Promotional activities and advertisements, are you doing them right?” for CG&R (Consumer Goods and Retails) industry group clients on 15 January 2020. Led by Peerapan Tungsuwan, Yuthana Sivaraks and Napatorn Dasananjali Termglinchan, the seminar discussed legal requirements involving promotional activities and online advertising, covering such issues as types of promotional activities, offline and online; dos and don’ts for promotional activities; license or permission required; and enforcement by authorities.
