27 December 2019 – Our Bangkok Compliance & Investigation Group hosted a client seminar “Dawn Raids”. At the fully packed seminar, our panel of specialists across various PGs (DRPG, Compliance, Employment, Customs and Trade Competition) discussed international examples and interesting cases and the Thai legal framework for dawn raids from the perspectives of relevant laws, as well as best practices in the event of dawn raids. The panel was moderated by Peerapan Tungsuwan and the panelists were led by Yuthana Sivaraks.
