As we previously reported in May 2022 the Cabinet approved 10 principles for the platform economy law. Those principles have now been elaborated to include further requirements and obligations (“Draft Platform Economy Law“) from the Strategic Transformation Office (“STO“) in collaboration with the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (“MDES“).
